Original Water Color Painting in Oak Arts and Crafts Frame by Listed Artist: Florence A. Bradley
Sweet and pleasing landscape watercolor in it's original Arts and Crafts oak frame with the original "wavy" glass, signed "F.A. Bradley", lower right corner. Florence A. Bradley, born 1853-? Chicago, Illinois, studied under I. Wiles and R. Nichols and is listed in Who's Who and Davenports Art Reference and Price Guide (range $300-$700 ). The frame measures 14 3/4" by 12 5/8" and the image measures 8 7/8" by 6 3/4". The following full image, without the oak frame, was taken outside of the frame and free of glass, during the cleaning of the glass. The watercolor is in excellent condition and free of tears, creases, damage or repair, the colors are bright and crisp. The oak frame shows minor damage to one corner.
