Slatted Foot Rest Quarter-sawn oak footstool with a total of eight pinned through-tenons, two on each leg with double stretchers at each end with four slats. This footstool design is an accurate reproduction of the Harden footstool with a couple improvements including beveling the bottom and top of the legs and each of the through tenons. This well designed footstool is built strong enough to support a piano. This comfortable footstool looks great with the slatted rockers or Morris chairs while it also makes an excellent alternative seating piece when entertaining that extra company.
